ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Cheryl — the cake decorator behind Everbloom Bakery. With over 7 years of professional baking and cake decorating experience here in Pembrokeshire, my journey started in the most personal way: creating cakes for my daughter, husband, family, and friends back in 2007.
What began as a hobby soon blossomed into much more. After gaining experience baking and decorating in a local café, I used the lockdown years to refine my skills and share my creations online. This opened the door to working as a full-time cake decorator in a bakery — and it was during this time that the seeds of Everbloom were planted.
When that bakery closed, I took a leap of faith and poured my energy into growing Everbloom Bakery full-time. With the incredible support of loyal customers — many of whom have now become dear friends — my business continues to flourish.
My passion has always been simple: to create cakes that are as enchanting to look at as they are delicious to eat. From whimsical wedding cakes to magical celebration bakes, every design is crafted with care, imagination, and a little touch of wonder.

Policies & Procedures
My passion is creating great food that looks as good as it tastes, therefore my biggest priority is to provide people with great food that has been prepared in a safe, clean environment. Below I have outlined some policies and procedures to protect you as a customer and myself as a business.
Allergens
Please be sure to inform me of any allergies or intolerances you may have.
I keep all allergen free foods separate in my kitchen in their own area. I buy all of my allergen free ingredients to order and ensure I am using tools/equipment specifically for the use of allergen free ingredients. My kitchen is thoroughly cleaned before any baking takes place and finished products are stored safely away from potential contaminants. Although I take every precaution to avoid allergen contamination, my kitchen regularly handles allergens such as wheat, gluten, dairy , nuts and eggs therefore I can not 100% guarantee anything I bake is completely allergen free.
Colourings
Some food colourings may have an adverse effect on the activity and attention of children. If this is a concern to you please make me aware of this while making your order and we can discuss options using colours that wont have this effect.
Ordering
As all cakes are made to order I do require notice in order for me to purchase tools, equipment and ingredients I may need to complete your order.
Therefore I do kindly as customers to provide me with a minimum of 3 weeks notice.
If your cake order has high detail please give me as much notice as possible. Any changes to orders made after this time may incur extra charges for equipment I may need to order last-minute.
I kindly ask all customers to pay a deposit to secure the booking. This is non-refundable and comes off the final cost of the cake.
The balance of the order must be settled in full a week prior to the delivery/collection of the cake.
Cancellations
Please provide a 48 hour notice to cancel an order. You will receive a refund if you have paid your total, however the deposit is non-refundable.
Returns
I strive to provide all of my customers with the best quality cakes, however sometimes mistakes happen. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the cake in full to me within 24 hours and a refund will be given.
